Install the ASIO Driver, Install Guitar Rig (or any Virtual Guitar Software) on your computer, connect your headset on the left port input and the guitar/bass on the right port input, a few tweaks on the Software Settings and that’s all there is to it! driver Installation is a breeze and I never had any latency issue with this device at all. Believe me, it doesn’t look like a cheap-china-made-generic product. The only thing you will see on the box and on the device itself is just the word “GUITAR LINK” and then some kind of descriptions and instructions on the packaging. Kinda like some kind of a generic knocked-off device from china. It has no brand name or whatsoever written anywhere on it. The only difference is the price and the branding prints on the box and device. It looks identical to the Behringer UCG102 USB Guitar Link. I got the device for only Php1,000.00 pesos. Luckily, I found this guy on facebook selling this USB Guitar Link Cable Interface on a very cheap price and I grabbed it right away. Prices that are enough for me to buy a cheap guitar amp and guitar effects. And so I searched for this kind of guitar-to-usb interface but found a bunch of decently branded interface devices and they are so expensive. How am I supposed to hook up my guitar to the computer? There must be some kind of a hardware to match this software. I was so excited to get one of these so I can finally play my guitar! But, wait. While surfing the internet, I found out that there are softwares that can actually simulate a huge variety of amps and effects. But I have no amps and effects processor to hook it in. But then I just got a new electric guitar as a present. I have no more guitars, amps, guitar effects, and other musical stuff left. It’s been more than 5 years since I quit the band.
